Shipping is on us!* We provide complimentary secure, insured, express shipping on all orders worldwide.

All shipments are insured to the invoiced value until delivery and will arrive safely.

Domestic shipping is via Australia Post. International shipping is via Fedex/ TNT.

*Shipping cost for trade/ industry customers will be calculated at the checkout once logged in.

Estimated delivery times
This is in addition to our production times on made-to-order jewellery items.

Australia - 1 to 2 business days
NZ - 2-3 business days
HK & Singapore - 1 to 2 business days
US & Canada -  3 to 5 business days
UK & EU - 3 to 5 business days
Japan - 3 to 5 business days
Rest of the world - 5 to 7 business days

Please note there are strict customs import restrictions into Asia except Singapore and HK. Please expect delays. Specially if customs decide to inspect the content, this can add a considerable delay.
