A striking large oval shaped 4.03 carat natural and unheated teal sapphire centrally east-west positioned between a cluster of two round cut pink sapphires of 3.6 mm in size with a combined weight of 0.44 ctw and four round cut diamonds in graduated sizes taken from the customer's existing jewellery. The sapphires and diamonds are suspended and claw set in 18k yellow gold and designed to allow independent movement of the gemstones to follow the wearer's neckline with an accompanying 18k franco style chain.
