Magnificent unique custom made 18k yellow gold lock like pendant studded with sparkly round brilliant cut pink and cornflower blue natural Sri Lankan sapphires in mixed sizes with a total sapphire weight of 0.56 ctw. The pendant is approximately 16 mm wide x 22 mm deep (excluding the length of the handle) with a satin finished background and delicate milgraine edge detail.
